Kidbrooke Village is set in 136 acres of green and open space. The well-established Sutcliffe Park compromises areas of grassland, tree-lined walks, the river Quaggy, a wetland nature reserve, athletics track and outdoor gym. Cator Park forms a 'green ribbon' through the village, including some beautiful water features. The park has been awarded Green Flag status.

The Village centre provides an exciting range of amenities, including a Sainsbury’s Local supermarket, convenience store, pharmacy, doctor’s surgery, dentist and café and delicatessen. A gym is expected to open in early 2019 that shared ownership purchasers will have access to*. Kidbrooke is also home to good schools, including Wingfield primary school and Thomas Tallis secondary school.

*When the gym is available to use, the gym charge will be added to the monthly service charges you pay. Current estimates of the gym service charge range from £10 to £18 per month (depending on the size of your home). These charges are payable by all residents of Noble House and Perkins House.

Noble House and Perkins House are within three minutes walk of Kidbrooke station, making them an extremely convenient base from which to get around London.

Kidbrooke station provides frequent train services into the centre of the capital and a number of important transport hubs across south east London are directly accessible. These include Lewisham (six minutes away) with its rail connections, the DLR and a major bus terminus and, for comprehensive rail and underground services, London Bridge and Waterloo East are only 16 and 21 minutes away respectively.

By train:
Leave Kidbrooke Station and head East onto Park Terrace (you may need to walk over the footbridge if arriving on Platform 2) . Take the second right on to Tudway Road. Take the first right on to Ryan Close and the destination will be immediately on the left (opposite the Holy Family Catholic Primary School).

By car:
Exit the A2 via the A2213. Turn left on to Cambert Way and follow the road around. Turn right onto Ryan Close and the two apartment blocks will be on your right.
